The whole body scan for targeted health
screening is a revolutionary concept that requires
explanation.
A whole body MRI is actually a combination
of imaging techniques tailored to each patient. For someone
with a history of or risk factors for heart disease, for
example, we would include a blood vessel scan and a heart
scan as part of the whole body CT workup.
Each whole body MRI integrates multiple
scans in a time-efficient manner, to answer questions noted
by the referring physician. The whole body CT is designed to use the
latest in whole body imaging techniques for pre-clinical disease
detection, enabling referring physicians to detect disease
conditions while they are still treatable.
Whole body imaging is part of our

best imaging practices to our community.
